Cannenburch Castle

Taste the splendour of a nobleman’s house set in elegant park.

Cannenburch Castle is a richly decorated nobleman’s residence. Field Marshall Marten van Rossem constructed the castle on top of the ruins of a medieval fortress. The former residents of the castle will take you back to the 18th century.

The castle, the entrance building and the park can be visited individually with the help of an Dutch or English audio tour or app. English tours can be given upon request.
Children will be amazed by the paintings that come to life, and will find an intriguing attic of the castle.

In the castle gift shop, you will find a wide range of quality gifts. For a drink or a snack visit the vaulted cellar in the castle or in the adjacent Restaurant ’t Koetshuis. For groups, tours are available year-round upon prior request.
